Module description

This module assumes a basic knowledge of community care law and builds on that foundation by exploring and assessing the impact of recent changes in community care legislation and policy, case law and mental health legislation. The use of legislation in practice to empower and protect adults will also be explored. The module is offered at both H and M Levels in order to facilitate access as widely as possible in order to meet the learning needs of participants and employee development needs of organisations.
