This module will enable candidates to demonstrate competence in enabling others to develop their practice through supervision, mentorship and assessment. It will enable them to gain 20 Post Qualifying credits towards the Specialist Award in Social Work in Mental Health Services as accredited by the General Social Care Council. It is offered at both H and M Levels in order to facilitate access as widely as possible in order to meet the learning needs of participants and employee development needs of organisations.
