The module is designed for students undertaking a development project within an agency that is both informed by research and subject to evaluation in relation to process and / or outcomes. The development may relate to aspects of policy, practice and / or organisational working and culture. This would be an alternative to a traditional Masters dissertation and would be of particular interest to students completing professionally oriented postgraduate programmes, offering them the opportunity to further develop and apply their learning within their workplace ¿ thereby also delivering `added value¿ to employers.
