Module description

The aim of the module is to introduce participants to current issues and developments in public sector management from an international perspective, and to provide insights into institutional and organisational reforms in the public sector in developing and transitional countries, drawing on the experiences of developed countries. The objectives are to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the theoretical and practical rationale for reforms and of the nature of change and innovations in public administration and management.
