This is an introductory course in the planning and financial analysis of public sector investment projects. The emphasis is on small scale revenue-generating projects in the context of developing the transitional countries. Topics covered include the project cycle, planning based upon logical frameworks, financial forecasts and discounted methods of project valuation.
