This module will expand upon issues of policy research raised at level 1 (08 11533/36). It will explore in some detail the key elements of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their practical application. It will also consider the issue of data analysis using these alternative approaches. Semester 2 provides a detailed group and individual tutorial support mechanism in preparation for level 3 extended essays and dissertations.
