This module further develops the basic topics of the differential and integral calculus met in Mathematics Core 1 and 2. The concepts of differentiation and integration are extended to cover functions of several real variables. The module includes an introduction to the more important classical differential equations; series expansions and transform methods of solution; boundary value problems.
