Advanced Project Management. The module builds on the pre-requisite module Project Management 1. It combines advanced theory with more case studies, workshops, role playing, class study and the use of project management software. Topics include: People in Projects (`Soft' Skills): Leadership and Motivation, groups and teams, techniques for managing teams, Employee Development. `Hard' Skills: Risk Management, contract management, use of Microsoft Project software.
