A single-line technical specification will be issued to self-selected groups of students. These groups will then have to decide on their technical and managerial approach to the task. All groups will undertake the same project and will operate in a highly competitive inter-group environment. The groups will be assessed on technical merit, added value, end-product and demonstrable group working skills developed during the course of the project.
