Village Customer Service Managers

Each village has dedicated Customer Service Managers, who are responsible for certain residences, and are here to make sure that you have the best possible experience whilst you are living in student accommodation.

We are committed to providing a high quality service and your Customer Service Manager is here to provide a support resource for you. They deal with a wide variety of issues- you can talk to them if you are having any problems or if you have feedback on the standard of your accommodation, or if you have suggestions of how we could improve your time at student accommodation.

Previously I have worked in the retail sector gaining over 15 years of experience dealing with different types of customers. In January 2015 I joined the Vale team bringing my knowledge of customer service with me, so as to continue leading the way in the customer and student experience.

Previously, I've worked as a Student Support Advisor at the Guild of Students and as International Support Officer at the Vale and will now be carrying forward these experiences of listening and supporting students to help you. I also studied here myself, graduating in English in 2011.

I joined the University as Customer Service Manager at Jarratt Hall in March 2016 following 4 years working at mac Birmingham. I also studied here, graduating in Law in 2008. I look forward to using my experience, both in Customer Service and as a student at the University, to help create the best resident experience possible.
