Selly-Oak-village-mediumSelly Oak Village is the closest village to campus and is situated in the thriving student area of Selly Oak. Home to much of the student population, Selly Oak provides plenty of choices for bars, cafes, dining and supermarket shopping.

Built around a residents' courtyard, this village is home to over 700 undergraduate and postgraduate students in three to six-bedroom apartments with en suite facilities and shared kitchens and lounge.

Jarratt Hall

Jarratt Hall is at the heart of Selly Oak Village and provides accommodation for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the two groups loacted in different areas of the site. Students can relax with freinds in the Jarrat Hall lounge, a cosy social room to watch movies or get compeitive with the games consoles. Although cycle storage is available, there are no on site car parking spaces.

Please note that the residence fees include a bedding and kitchen pack, which supplies a duvet, mattress cover, pillows, saucepan, frying pan and cutlery, as well as utility charges, contents insurance, data connection and internal calls.

Although Jarratt Hall is all self-catered accommodation students can add the Meal Plan package to their accommodation fee if they wish, please view our Meal Plan pages for more information.
