Rent Right is a joint initiative between the University and the Guild of Students to give the best housing advice to students during their time at Birmingham. Together, we have created step-by-step guides to help you make the transition into the private housing sector as easily as possible.

 

Contract checking

Contract checks are a part of how we support students who are living in, or planning to move in to, Private Sector Housing.

You can get your contract checked at either Community Living hub in Bournbrook Pavilion, or at the Living shop at University Centre.
