Routes to the Professions is a new initiative offered by the University of Birmingham as part of our commitment to improving access of under-represented groups to courses that lead to professional careers.

The programme aims to improve the knowledge, understanding and progression of underrepresented groups into professional courses by providing students with opportunities to develop non-academic skills and capabilities that are important for accessing professional courses and careers.
