Basic strategic management concepts. Analyses of the company's internal and external environment. Strategic advice at the business unit, corporate and inter-company levels. The international context. Strategy implementation.
By the end of the module the student should be able to: Understand various approaches to strategic management, analyse and evaluate corporate strategies in complex cases; Collaborate in case study terms and present collective findings.
3hr examination in the semester 2 examination period (75%), presentation of group case study (oral and report) (25%)
