Module description

The ability to map and manipulate a variety of data is a key skill for geographers. This module introduces students to the basic principles of mapping and geographical information systems, as well as using ArcGIS mapping software. Students are required to undertake three mapping projects, involving a variety of different data sources, which incrementally build their mapping knowledge and data analysis skills.
