Semester I. The module considers British political leadership. What makes a good leader? This semester is thematic and theoretical examining issues such as cabinet government, electoral techniques, leadership selection, propaganda and media manipulation.
Semester II. The second part of the linked module comprises of specific case studies such as Baldwin and film, Mosley and the BUF, Churchill, peacetime versus wartime premier.
