Module description

This module builds upon the Galician language and culture modules offered at levels 1 and 2, and aims to developing a sophisticated awareness of and ability to reproduce Galician language in its spoken and written forms. The language classes will also include work on areas sucha as socio-linguistics and linguistic normalisation. The course also aimsto study Galician society through the analysis of different forms of artistic and cultural expressions (literature, music, visual arts. film, TV programs, theatre, etc.) focusing upon issues of nationhood and imaginative identity.
