Module description

These linked modules will introduce students to the efficient use of the library and bibliographical sources (including CD-ROM packages and online databases) the importance of good referencing and the dangers of plagiarism as well as the principles of good academic essay writing. Students will also be required to monitor in detail the business performance of a listed company and report their findings orally ( via a presentation) and in written form. A short residential course introduces the importance of good team-working.
