Module description

This module assumes a basic knowledge of child care law and builds on that foundation by exploring and assessing the impact of recent changes in child care legislation, policy and case law on practice. This will include an appreciation of recent adoption and fostering legislation and guidance. The use of legislation in practice to empower and protect children will be explored, as will skills in presenting complex information orally.
