Module description

This module explores the theoretical concepts and practice of personal and organisational leadership for social care outcomes. Key topics will include understanding of styles and models of personal leadership and how these relate to team and organisational dynamics. The model will also examine issues of cultural and strategic leadership and managing change with the aim of creating a user focused organisation which responds positively to the needs and rights of service users, communities and citizens. The content will be regularly up-dated to reflect changes in central and local government policy.
