Go Green Week

Green globeGo Green Week is People & Planet’s annual national week of action on climate change in schools, colleges and universities. Students hold a week of activities to raise awareness every February and launch Going Greener projects.

Students here at the university have organised a week of free events across the campus to promote sustainability and carbon reduction. During the week there will be debates over climate change, a slow bike show in front of the iconic Aston Webb building and an UV party at the Vale BarOne. Every day will bring new events linked together via specific themes aimed to raise awarness on environmental sustainability.

All events, unless otherwise specified, are free of charge and open to the general public .
