Description

The Birmingham Centre for Translation discusses the future of translation in literature with a panel that includes widely- translated author and University of Birmingham alumna Clare Morrall (shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize for her first novel Astonishing Splashes of Colour).

She will be joined by Alessandro Gallenzi from Alma Books Ltd, which publishes more than sixty translated titles a year and fellow University of Birmingham alumna Libby Heighway, who translates fiction and medical writing from French, German and Georgian.
