19 researchers from the School of Cancer Sciences will be at Thinktank this Saturday (6th October). We’re taking over the ‘meet the scientist’ section and running a number of interactive activities for the young visitors on DNA, cancer and clinical trials, with a fun quiz to complete. We’ll be explaining what cancer is, showing cells down microscopes, getting visitors to extract their own DNA from their cheek cells, playing an online drug development game and getting visitors to do their own clinical trial.
