Security's aim is to make the University a worry free, enjoyable place to study, work and visit.
We have a staff of over 63 fully experienced officers, 8 of which are fully trained cycle officers, control room staff all officers are approachable and will advice and assist with any concerns or worries. Our Security Officers are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
All officers are responsible for security of the Edgbaston and Selly Oak Campuses, Halls of Residences, and any external properties that the University owns.
