People and Organisational Development (POD) develop the capabilities and potential of every member of staff in the University. They support the University's goal to recruit, develop and retain the best staff, who will keep the University at the forefront of all that it does.
The team's activities include a wide range of personal, professional, leadership, and management development activities. In addition to this they deliver a University-wide change management programme, in support of institutional reorganisation.
As well as providing conventional development support such as face-to-face skills training for individual staff, they also tailor development for whole teams and departments.
