Customer IT Support plays a pivotal role in supporting students and staff across in the University, for teaching, research, administrative services and for general end-user IT provision. IT support teams within Colleges and Corporate Services provide front-line support to end-users and manage local services, whilst the web team manages the student and staff portals, the web presence and library systems.
The College and Corporate Services support teams are located in six key areas on campus, enabling timely and effective support to the user community.
