What is online chat for?

Online chat is for quick immigration queries you may have, for example if you are struggling to find a document or link.  These chats will be open, which will mean that everyone can see your question and answer. If you need confidential advice or have a complicated query, you should email: entryvisa@contacts.bham.ac.uk

Don't forget that our visa pages also have detailed information on how to apply for a visa for you and your family.
