Ruslan Talibov "Thanks to the support the University offered the scholarship scheme, I participated in many events where I met numerous interesting people including Professor David Eastwood, the Vice Chancellor of the University, and the Deputy Mayor of Birmingham.
The International Office at the University organised many programmes for the scholars and at the end of the year, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office held a reception for all Chevening scholars in London. This was a particularly useful event as I had the chance to network with multinational officials with whom future relationships in business could flourish."
The University of Birmingham offers a range of part-fee scholarships for international students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. For full information and to apply, please see the Scholarships section.
