Housing 350 students at the heart of the Vale Village community, Shackleton offers catered accommodation.
Shackleton is nestled in spacious green parkland and is home to the popular Duck and Scholar student bar; Shackleton Lounge, a prime study and social destination; Costcutter supermarket; and our Vale Infusion restaurant. It’s also where you’ll find our Student Mentors’ office, making it extra easy to receive support if you need it.
You’ll share your flat’s bathroom and combined kitchen and dining space with your flatmates. This is a great place to relax, socialise, and cook with others – but there are plenty of tempting food options on your doorstep if you fancy eating out.
