Transforming Campus

 CampusDev

Your support of our campus developments is helping to improve Birmingham for the benefit of future generations of students.

Hannah England, London 2012 Olympian, BSc Biosciences 2009"The new sports centre will help athletes like me have the optimum chance of success and will ensure the entire University and its surrounding community have access to the very best facilities to participate in all types of sport and exercise."

From developing a new library fit for the needs of the 21st century to restoring an Edwardian gem to its full glory and developing a sports centre that will benefit elite athletes and members of the community – you are making Birmingham a place to aspire to and be proud of. Thank you.

There are several exciting building projects currently underway here at Birmingham,
and we hope the information below will give you a brief insight into them all:

 What giving means to me

John-Powell"I visited the Lapworth Museum of Geology many times during my studies and always appreciated its potential so when myself and my wife, Lorna (BSc Psychology, 1977), came back for a visit more than 30 years later, we committed to support its refurbishment. With its outstanding specimens and fascinating history, the Lapworth is a great resource for both students and the city; this project will give it the prominence it deserves.’
