The Development and Alumni Relations Office are committed to providing an excellent standard of service to all alumni, supporters, and friends of the University. If we do not deliver this service, we encourage our community to let us know so we can learn and improve.
In addition, we are committed to abiding by the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and so we also have a requirement to formally record and action complaints that relate to a possible breach of the Code.
