What courses are available to study at the University of Birmingham Dubai?

For 2018 entry we offer 8 undergraduate programmes.

What are the tuition fees for your programmes?

For undergraduate students the fees paid in your first year will remain the same across all years of study.

  • Business Management BSc (Hons) AED 89,970 per annum
  • Economics BSc (Hons) AED 77,030 per annum
  • Computer Science BSc (Hons) AED 99,380 per annum
  • Mechanical Engineering BEng (Hons) AED 104,670 per annum.

If you are applying for our Intergrated Foundation Year in any of the above programmes the first year of your programme will be charged at AED 77,030.

Full-time or part-time study?

Currently we only offer full-time undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University of Birmingham Dubai.

What accommodation options are there?

There are a number of private single sex living options near to the University of Birmingham Dubai, all of which will provide you with a modern and safe living experience. Dedicated student accommodation providers typically offer en-suite accommodation in shared apartments, where rooms are either single or double occupancy. These types of accommodation also tend to offer facilities such as gyms and social spaces, with basic costs of wi-fi and utilities usually included in the fee. We are able to provide you with details of recommended accommodation providers to meet your requirements. Alternatively, we can assist you with finding a private apartment in Dubai.

The cost of accommodation will vary depending on your lifestyle choice. Most accommodation providers will require you to pay a deposit of rent in advance, meaning that as well as having a monthly budget of approximately, you will need access to additional funds initially to secure your tenancy.

Our academic terms starts on Sunday 30th September 2018, you may be required to attend earlier depending on your chosen programme. More information will be provided in your offer letter.
