DSOA University Residence is newly developed student accommodation comprising of 228 modern student rooms across four blocks.
The residence is located within Dubai Silicon Oasis, a vibrant community where students can benefit from the wide variety of retail shops, services, leisure facilities, restaurants and shopping centres. The residence is just five minutes away from our campus at Dubai International Academic City.
The accommodation options include either twin or single rooms within a three bedroom apartment or studio rooms with shared kitchen and living space. All bedrooms include an en-suite shower room.
The accommodation offers a number of other benefits as part of your fee including fully equipped gym, separate buildings for females (with female only cleaners and security staff), sports facilities on site for football, volleyball and basketball, all utilities including air conditioning, laundrette facilities, high speed wifi, 24 hour security, free car parking and weekly cleaning, as well as multi-purpose halls and offices
- DSOA provides a free scheduled shuttle bus service to our campus or to various other attractions such as shopping malls and downtown Dubai.
- Monthly costs for twin accommodation start from AED 2,300 or AED 3,900 for single accommodation.
- To secure your accommodation, DSO University Residence requires one months’ rent paid in advance and a security deposit of AED 2,300 (twin accommodation) or AED 3,900 (single accommodation).
