KSK offers discounted rates to Birmingham Dubai students, charged on a monthly basis.

For twin sharing and premium executive rooms with a stay of over 7 months, a further discounted rate will apply if paid on or before 30 July 2025. These special rates are marked with an asterisk (*) in the pricing table.

Booking information

  • 100% advance payment and security deposit of AED 500 are required before arrival, both to be paid directly by the student
  • Rates are valid for the 2025-2026 academic year and are exclusively for University of Birmingham Dubai students with a valid student ID or enrolment letter
