The Myriad

The Myriad Dubai is a fully-integrated, urban-styled student living community, accommodating up to 2,000 residents. 

The residence is located within Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) which is within walking distance of our campus. A short five minute drive from Dubai Silicone Oasis, a vibrant community where students can benefit from the wide variety of retail shops, services, leisure facilities, restaurants and shopping centres. 

The accommodation options include either twin rooms, single rooms or studio rooms. All bedrooms include an en-suite shower room, with shared kitchen lounges across the building.

The accommodation offers a number of other benefits as part of your fee including fully equipped gym, dedicated blocks for male and female residents, sports facilities such as a swimming pool and basketball court, and entertainment facilities such as the outdoor ampitheatre and Myriacade. All utilities including air conditioning, 24hr launderette facilities, high speed WiFi, 24 hour security, free car parking and weekly cleaning are also included in rents. The Myriad provides a free scheduled shuttle bus service to areas across Dubai.
