Yugo offers discounted rates to Birmingham Dubai students for semester and full academic year room bookings, charged on a monthly basis. All bookings come with fixed check-in and check-out dates.

Booking information

  • Booking standards: students have fixed check-in and check-out dates. Early check-in dates or late check-out dates would be charged as per the number of additional days from the end or start date. Accept the terms of the contract (digital acceptance) or sign and send the contract to send by email. Please ensure all details of the resident, guardian, contract period, rates, and payment instalments are correct. Contract length would not be changed post that
  • Deposit and administration: the total amount payable to confirm the booking is AED 2500, which includes AED 2,200 refundable deposit and a AED 300 one-time non-refundable admin fee. Your deposit will be held as a guarantee for your future booking. Post receiving the deposit, the room is reserved under the rates offered on the contract. A signed contract, a Valid Passport Copy or Emirates ID copy, and a University enrolment letter/proof/ Internship document must be submitted before arrival
  • Instalments: the 1st month's rent needs to be cleared 30 days before the check-in date to fully secure the booking. For bookings made 30 days or less from the contract start date will need to pay 1st instalment along with the deposit to secure the booking
  • Cancellation: 1 month's rent from the date of cancellation, along with the security deposit, is the standard cancellation policy. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the contract start date would only be charged the security deposit. All cancellations made less than 15 days from the contract start date would be charged the standard cancellation fee, which is 1 month of rent, along with the security deposit
  • Changes: last-minute contract changes, such as date changes, room type changes (subject to availability), shortening of the contract length, or downgrading of the room, are not accepted and will be treated similarly to cancellations
  • No-shows: 7 days from the contract start date will be considered cancellations. Should a student be unable to check in on the specified date, they must inform the management
