Parental Guarantee and Indemnity

In the United Arab Emirates, children do not legally become adults until their 21st birthday. As your child will be under the age of 21 at the beginning of their studies, this letter explains to you what this will mean for you during your child’s stay with us.

Please download the Parental Guarantee and Indemnity form, fully complete and electronically sign it.

Upload the completed form to the applicant portal, under the 'Parental Guarantee and Indemnity (U21)' section, to confirm that you understand and agree to its contents. By doing so, you will be subject to its terms. This is a condition of your child’s offer. They will not be able to become a student at the University until this is received and any other conditions of the offer have been met.
