Our transport service has been upgraded to provide a more flexible and comfortable travel experience to and from campus, with routes designed around student demand. You can expect:

How the service works
Routes and pick-up locations
Routes are planned before each term based on student registrations and demand.
To serve as many students as possible, buses operate from designated pick-up and drop-off points rather than individual home addresses. Once routes have been confirmed, DrivenBus will share your allocated collection point.
Transport routes may be available from the following Emirates, subject to demand:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Abu Dhabi
While we aim to accommodate as many students as possible, route availability will depend on demand, and it may not be possible to serve every location. If your preferred location cannot be accommodated, DrivenBus will contact you directly to discuss alternative options where possible.
Track your journey
The DrivenBus mobile app allows you to:
- Purchase transport tickets
- Access your boarding pass
- Scan a QR code when boarding
- Track your bus location in real time
- View journey information from your phone

Fees for 2026–27 academic year
Choose from flexible one-off, weekly, monthly, termly, or annual travel passes.
Pricing is available for students travelling from the following Emirates.

Daily, weekly and monthly passes are purchased via the DrivenBus app. Students opting for a termly or annual pass will be sent a secure online payment link.
Annual passes can save up to AED 1,000 compared with monthly payments.
All passes are non-transferable.

How to register and start using student transport
- Complete your University registration: complete your online registration and ensure your class timetable is confirmed
- Register for transport before term starts: complete the student transport form with your travel details and preferred location
- Receive your route details: DrivenBus will review registrations and confirm your route, collection point and travel arrangements based on demand
- Purchase your transport pass: one-off, weekly, and monthly passes can be purchased through the DrivenBus app. If you choose a termly or annual pass, you will receive a secure payment link
- Download the DrivenBus app and start travelling: use the app to manage your tickets, access your boarding pass, and track your bus in real time

One-off, weekly, and monthly passes can be purchased directly through the DrivenBus app. Students purchasing termly or annual passes will receive a secure payment link.
Can I cancel my transport pass?
Can I cancel my transport pass?
If you wish to cancel your transport pass, please provide 30 days' written notice to DrivenBus.
Charges will usually apply during the notice period from the date your request is received. If you have prepaid beyond this period, any unused balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No administration fee is charged for cancellations. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
