Students' Association

As a student in Dubai, you will play an active role in shaping your university experience through the Students' Association.

From your first day on campus until your last, we’ll make sure the right support is there for you whenever you need it. You’ll also find plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, play an active role in university life and prepare for the world after your studies.

You can take advantage of a wide range of opportunities beyond the curriculum including sports, community volunteering, arts and culture. From joining a sports team to meeting like-minded people in a club, you will have plenty of opportunities to socialise, network, and enjoy your time with us.

Voice of the students

As a student in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to help shape the voice of students within our community through the Students’ Association. Annual student elections for the positions of Student Leaders mean that you can vote for the person you think will best represent you.

Clubs and societies

Working in partnership with the University, you will be able to set up student clubs and organise trips and extracurricular activities – a great way to meet people and try something new! We have a wide range of clubs to cater for many hobbies and interests.

BSc Accounting and Finance

“Everyone is really friendly, if I ever need anything the Student Services team are always willing to help with a smile. The community is really close knit and it’s really easy to meet people, socialise and make new friends. It’s really fun to hang out in the Student Association room between classes and play foosball!”

BSc Psychology

“My experience has been great because we’re a community; there is a lot of academic support as well as welfare. You can walk up to anyone and they’re always ready to help.”
