Course overview
Our 3-year programme includes core and essential module themes. You will gain financial skills and a solid business management foundation. You will develop abilities to tackle diverse challenges and thrive as a versatile financial expert.
Year one

Covers core introductory modules in economics for business, organisations, management and entrepreneurship, marketing and communications, financial accounting and accountability, numeracy, statistical analysis and financial literacy, and management education and learning.
Year two
Year two
You get to expand your knowledge of Business Management and Finance with specialised modules, while maintaining a broad understanding. You take two new finance modules: Corporate Finance and Financial Markets and Institutions.
Year three
Year three
You will conclude your journey with advanced modules that allow further specialisation while maintaining breadth. You will explore Advanced Coporate Finance and Advanced Finacial Markets and Institutions. Culminate your experience with a compulsory dissertation, showcasing your expertise in a chosen business and finance area.

Entry requirements
To secure your place at the University of Birmingham Dubai, you must meet both our general entry requirements and the specific criteria for your chosen course. Your application will be carefully reviewed by the course’s Admissions Tutor, who will determine if you will receive an offer.
UK
3 A Levels. Typical offer AAB-BBB. GCSE Mathematics at grade A and English at grade B required.
General Studies not accepted as an A2 subject but a good performance may be taken into account if you fail to meet the conditions of your offer and have General Studies as a fourth A2.
International Baccalaureate Diploma
6,6,5 at Higher Level with a minimum of 32 points overall and SL/ HL Mathematics at 5.
GULF

- AAA = 80% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra or 80% West Bengal or 90% Other State boards. Mathematics must be taken with a A grade equivalency achieved.

English language requirements
In order to undertake a programme of study here at the University, you will need to demonstrate that you have a good level of written and spoken English. You can demonstrate your level of English with IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or alternative qualifications.

The University tuition fee covers the cost of your tuition, examination and graduation.

Paying your tuition fees
We charge an annual tuition fee (per year of study). The tuition fee will also be payable in subsequent years of your programme.
Tuition fees can be paid in full or in three instalments per year of study.
