DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for any staff and students who would like to increase their confidence in discussing race and racism and explore the role of allyship in combatting racism. The workshop is divided into two one hour sessions which aim to create a safe and supportive environment to discuss these issues, identify practical actions and signpost towards further resources.\n
 The sessions will take place online on 13th October at 1.30pm and 15th October at 10.30am and are restricted to UOB staff and students. The sessions are linked and you will therefore need to attend both sessions.\n
