 The Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) is the leading Centre of its kind in Europe. The workshop is one of a number of linked activities that demonstrate CREME’s intention to develop research and informed by the intellectually novel perspective of intersectionality.\n
 The external ‘reach’ of the workshop will be extensive as the event will be run in conjunction with the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE), the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the national Enterprise Research Centre (ERC). Our key note-speakers, Dr Caroline Essers, Institute of Advanced Studies Distinguished Visiting Fellow (University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands), Professor Sara Carter (University of Strathclyde), Professor Sue Marlow (Nottingham University Business School) and Dr Maria Villares (UoB) are leaders in their fields. A special panel on implications for practice will identify the connections between the research theme and support for migrant entrepreneurs.\n
