DESCRIPTION:Come and support this joint Fairtrade Association Birmingham/University of Birmingham event hosted by Oxfam Outreach Society. \n
 Students from Holyhead School will lead a debate on the motion "This House believes that Free Trade provides the best means for attaining Fair Trade".\n
 The debate will be followed by a presentation by Sheena Varghese, Director of Manarcadu Social Service Society (MASS), a co-operative of farmers who grow a variety of Fairtrade products including Arabica and Robusta coffees, cocoa, cinnamon, white & black pepper, vanilla, cardamom, coconut and ginger.  Sheena will talk about how Fairtrade benefits the farmers and help to improve food security.  The event will be followed by a drinks reception & networking.\n
 Students and staff welcome.\n
