There's never been more talk about diversity and inclusion at work, with multiple initiatives and interventions designed to address all sorts of exclusion and inequality.
Most research still focuses on women's experiences of discrimination, shown up in career patterns, pay levels and low representation in groups such as executives. This short, interactive event showcases current research in this area in the Business School, helping us understand the economic, managerial, social, and practical effects of changing gender dynamics at work for everyone.
