UID:www.birmingham.ac.uk/76542

More women than men now study at undergraduate level (55% vs. 45%), but this decreases dramatically for postgraduate researchers, academics and particularly in management positions, with only 17% of Vice-Chancellors being women. \n This open event, organised by the Women's Association discusses the reasons behind gender inequality in Higher Education and what can be done to tackle it.\n
