How to Navigate…the Summer Holidays
 The How to Navigate series is a new initiative that will be running periodically giving tips and a forum to come together and discuss how to survive a particular parenting/caring issue. The first is the summer holidays but over the coming months we will add exam stress tips, when kids leave for university etc.\n
 This is a drop in event in the staff lounge on the 3rd floor in Dubai. 30 May 09:30 – 10:30.\n
Children and the digital space
 This is run by a Dubai colleague (Romana Skeen-Hamilton) covering issues that effect young children including how to keep them safe in the digital space all the way to older children with a view to question how much control parents have over the digital space for them. \n
 6 June 10:00 -11:00 (UAE). This will be a live session in Dubai but an Event Bright link is being set up to offer UK colleagues the chance to join online. (3 hour time difference)\n
Me in 3 – The Career Balancing Act
 Join colleagues to hear tips in three slides each giving tips on how they have manged a busy career with family responsibilities.\n
How to Navigate…Healthy Cooking – snack boxes, lunches and dinners on the go
 .Join us for tips on how to make a healthy snack and lunch for yourself or child along with tips for a healthy quick dinner. This is useful for anyone with a busy schedule.\n
 This is a drop-in session in Dubai on the 3rd floor staff lounge. 19 June 10:00 -11:00. \n
