Colin Grant’s book, I’m Black So You Don’t Have to Be, is a memoir told through a series of intimate intergenerational portraits that follows the lives of his British-Jamaican family as they navigate shifting ideas of home.
This workshop will explore memoir writing and experimenting with how we write about our own lives, families and home.
No previous writing experience is necessary.
