'Every day a battle is born'

One street corner in Fort Pierce, Florida, is home to both a not-for-profit abortion clinic and a pregnancy clinic whose mission is to prevent women from obtaining abortions. While the abortion clinic takes precautions against threats of violence and fends off protesters, the pregnancy clinic actively spreads misinformation to women about the dangers of abortion.

This powerful film contrasts the views of staff and patients in both clinics over the course of a year and won a Peabody award for its poignant portrayal of "women facing exceedingly difficult decisions at a literal intersection of opposing ideology."
