Wednesday 1 September, Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held at the Winterbourne House and Garden. Attendance to the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fees, but pre-registation is essential as numbers may be limited if social distancing is in place at the time. Winterbourne is located Located on Edgbaston Park Road, a few minutes’ walk from Edgbaston Park Hotel.,the building is marked as G12 on the Edgbaston Campus map (PDF 299KB).
Thursday 2 September, Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will be held at the Edgbaston Park Hotel on campus. Attendance to the Gala Dinner can be purchased during registration.
