These notes are provided to assist you in the planning of your exhibition at the ICC Birmingham for the ISCB 2016 Conference. They are not exhaustive and if you have any specific queries you are requested to contact the Events Office at contact@iscb2016.info.

Delivery of Exhibition Stands 
All deliveries must be made directly to the ICC.  Deliveries will be accepted on Friday 19 August.  All deliveries must be clearly marked with a delivery note, and addressed to The ICC, Goods Inwards/ BAY B.   If you have items that are to be included in the conference bags, please label these clearly for the ISCB Registration desk.

Set Up / De-rig
All exhibitor stands will be in Hall 3.  Exhibitors may set up their stands on Sunday 21 August from 2-4pm or Monday 22 August from 8.15am.  All stands must be packed away by 12noon on Thursday 25 August.  

Collection of Exhibition Stands 
Any parcels or stands left at the ICC must be clearly marked ready for collection, and left in Bay B/Goods Inwards. Collections must be made by Monday 29 August.  Anything left behind beyond this time will be disposed of by the venue.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual organiser/standholder to arrange their own courier.

Each stand is supplied with 1x Table, 2 chairs and access to a power supply. 

Internet Access
Free Wifi is available in the ICC.

The ICC is located centrally in Birmingham city centre and is easily accessible by road from all over the UK. Visitors from any direction can travel in to Birmingham using many different routes connected to the following motorways: M1, M5, M6, M6 Toll, M40 and M42.

There is abundant, secure multi-storey parking available located within the Barclaycard Arena, which is just a short walk away from the ICC. Both the ICC and Barclaycard Arena are signposted on motorways and major roads and are marked on most road maps.
